SEALAWN LODGE is situated approx 25m from the main Exeter to Dawlish road, and is at the same level with an asphalt surface, approx 5m to the main front door. There is sufficient space for 4 cars.

Access to the building is via an outer and inner door, each having a step up of approx 100mm. The floor of the inner hall is of polished hard wood finish, with a non slip surface.
A carpeted easy going staircase leads to the first floor, and is equipped with twin handrails. The three letting bedrooms are on this floor and are all at the same level. All of the bathroom and toilet fittings are of easy access, and all of the rooms have fitted carpets.

Electrical outlets and light fittings are at convenient heights, as are radiator controls. TV`s have remote controllers and the curtains are all on easy glide tracks.

The dining room is on the ground floor level, a walk of approx 3m from the foot of the stairs, and is set on 1 level.
Customers have room and front door keys, giving them 24HR access.

Public Transport, the guest house is situated on the main bus route to Exeter, Torquay, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot.

The main line railway station at Dawlish is approx 10 mins walk away, and is a direct line to London, Paddington and Penzance. The M5 is about 12miles away and Exeter international airport is approx 40mins drive away.
